Tried all the reset and links for icx7150

So I tried all the resets and links the people here said to do to reinstall the image but they have this link https://github.com/peacepenguin/tftpd64/releases. Which isn’t even a working link. So what am I supposed to do? I’m really annoyed and pissed off at ruckus and lennar because you can’t just get the help you need.

Please download the IP scanner application and try to find the IP address of the switch by following the below guide.

Why do I need to find the ip address if I’m already connected to the switch? I don’t understand why y’all expect customers do y’all’s job. What are y’all even useful for? Taking 2 days to respond is pathetic. I’ve been dealing with this issue for like 2 weeks now because y’all “guides” are terrible. Who do I need to contact to get this issue resolved because I’m no longer willing to try and fix y’all’s equipment.

Effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email. 
We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model.

 

To solve this issue we need to perform software recovery process.

 

As you have already mentioned in the previous post that you could not find IP address, please follow the below link carefully and find the IP address of the switch.

So are y’all paying me to do your job? 2 weeks of trying to get y’all’s crappy equipment to work is terrible. If you have to have 9000 guides to jump through just to get it to work is the equipment y’all provided even worth a **bleep**? Over this company I will just find someone that actually can help since you people clearly can’t.
