The power indicator light is not on and cannot work

I read the messages in the group and after doing the same, the power light still doesn't light up and it doesn't work, It should be a hardware malfunction of the machine. How can it be repaired or replaced? I was unable to send you the email with the operation video successfully, and I am also unable to send you the operation video here.

Can you confirm if the switch is able to power up, or the unit is completely dead?
