Facing router issue

My internet password has been changed for my router and now i am not able to connect to my internet always i am getting wrong password please help me reset my password.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with the Wi-Fi password.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

  • Could you please let me know what password is showing as incorrect, is it from Internet Service Provider (ISP) Router Wi-Fi network or Wi-Fi network broadcasting from the RUCKUS Access Points?
  • Additionally, please try to forget the network once and try again.

Please help me with the requested queries.

It is ruckus router and i have tried clicking forget network and entering the password still same issue.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

1. Please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.


2. How many access points are currently connected to the switch? Please describe the status of the lights on the access points. Similarly, include a photo showing the access points' light status.

Please log into your RUCKUS Account before uploading these photos/screenshots.

I ‘m sorry i am not able to attach any photos because I don’t see any option in my mobile but i think internet is working fine only there is an issue with password i guess.
