The Ruckus 7150 is not powering on, This happened late this afternoon with no warning. It affects the 4 switches in my home. Request assistance and replacement. Ruckus Networks Support Case 01475774

This has gone on for 4 days now, with little to no support, one or twice a day responses, every day is a degradation of services, need to have resolved. Is there support from anyone who can authorize replacement of device immediately?

Apologies for the delayed response as I was on a planned leave.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged into a power outlet there is no power to the Switch. Also, you tried to reset the Switch. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source also tried with different cords. However, the failure persists. This unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
