The Connection is intermittent

RacerX

In the upstairs, when I connect to ATT router and all connections are good. Then in the downstairs, when connecting to Ruckus AP, it becomes intermittent. It's easily get disconnected (like in every few minutes) and then reconnected. How can I fix this issue?

I think the issue is solved. Thank you very much!

Just curious, why would connecting to a wrong port causing intermittent connection, but not no connection at all?

Hello @RacerX ,

Greetings!

Thank you for sharing the response.

We are glad to know that the issue is resolved now.

In regards to the question connecting to one of 12 ports, if the switch is using port and you're connected to a port that is not properly configured for the connections, the switch might still accept the connection on that port, but will cause traffic and this can result in intermittent network connectivity.

The previous port, you had connected was used to be a licensed port. Since Lennar users are not licensed for those ports like Enterprise business customers, is the reason you cannot use it to its full functionality.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
