enable

Dude... I followed your steps that lead me down an endless rabbit hole if I do not know my Unleashed password... I work for the State in IT and this has to be one of the most challenging requests that Ruckus is seriously expecting the average Joe to complete...
I followed steps up until I had to do a hard reset. My switch would not come out of boot mode with all lights flashing. I sat here for 4 hours trying to have it get back to just passing through internet. I stopped following the steps when in 2025 less than 35 days until 2026 the steps expected me to have a laptop with an ethernet port AND a usb C port... Or I would have to be close enough to the Ruckus to extend the 2 cables to it. I finally unplugged and held the button until the first set of lights flashed, and it did not repeat flashing... It sat there for 5mins on the System and Power light. After 5mins my internet was pass through this horrible configuration... I need you to explain to me an easier route to reset my Unleash password. Jump on a call and walk me through this instead of passing me multiple troubleshooting steps that Ruckus seems to have...

This is the B.S. that Ruckus has going for itself... I have to have this setup to be able to create a new password????... I need in my system. And I need my system to simply work...
