Hi @Vince1960

Thank you for the response.

you can reboot both ISP Router as well as RUCKUS Switch.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

After rebooting the system, I’m still not satisfied with the speed.  Here are some shots of the switch and each access point.

The farther away from the modem and router, the lower the signal.  Shouldn’t the access points control the output?

Hi @Vince1960

Thank you for the response and the update.

Please try to plug the cable going to RUCKUS Switch to the other ports on the Router. (Refer to the below screenshot)

Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

After moving the cable from Ethernet port 1 to 3, it appears my speeds on each level did increase but nothing close to the 1G available.

Vince1960_0-1709655379268.jpeg

Lower Level Speed=Download 400 Mbps- Upload 28 Mbps

Main level speed=D 131 Mbps- U 38 Mbps

Upper level speed=D116 Mbps- U 37Mbps

I’m still not satisfied with the speeds.  Are there any other recommendations to increase speed on the main and upper floors?  What does the CTL on the access points identify?  I don’t see that light illuminated on the main floor or upper level but it is on the lower level where the speed is highest.
