Switch will not boot. Only the green power led and the amber syst led are on. Will not power ethernet ports

PinkyThank you for your help. The document worked. It is working now. Also, can you tell me what the default user name and password is now? I tried to putty back into the console and its prompting for credentials. Thanks,Mike
