My switch is installed in a home. The switch no longer puts out power over Ethernet to the access points

My iMac won’t install any of the lan scanning apps to find the switch ip address. Guess it’s to old. Have no idea how to do step one without the app. Tried calling your tech service and they referred me back to you. Hopefully you can help. Seems like an over the phone walk through on how to fix your faulty device would be nice. Thanks

Thank you for the response.
I understand that you are unable to access the IP address of the Switch using Scan applications on your Mac device.
Please follow the below article on how to find the IP address of the Ruckus devices.
May I also please know if you have access to a Windows laptop?
