Switch not showing as connected

After resetting my access point it is not showing as a master and my switch is not showing as connected.  2

May I know the reason you are trying to log into the Switch CLI using Putty?

Thank you for the response. 

Could you please try to log in with Switch default credentials with the combination shown below:

Username: super

Password: sp-admin

Also, try different combinations as shown in the below screenshot:

I have tried all the usernames and passwords and still nothing.  right now I cant send a screen shot because the unleashed dashboard is not working for me .  I don't `know what to do next pl

Thank you for the response and the update.

Could you please download the Putty Application and try to log in to the CLI using Telnet? (Please refer to the below screenshot)

Telnet – Port 23 

Please let me know once you are able to login into the Telnet, I will assist you reset the username and password for the Switch. And let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you for the response and the information.

If you are unable to access using Telnet or SSH, the only option left is getting console CLI access as described below.

Here is a guide on how to access to the Switch via console (cable access between your PC to the ICX 7150-C12P) in this case we need a USB type C to USB standard or Console cable Rj45 to USB.
