ICX 7850 Switch not powering on, troubleshooting as reset, PSU swap doesn't help.

Greetings of the day,
From the case description I could understand that issue is related to switch not powering on
1. Is this a new installation ? Was the setup working fine before ?
2. Was there any power outage that occurred ?
3. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on. (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same)

It doesn't help, it was working before, no outage, no lights

For detailed understanding of the issue please confirm the LED status of the access points using the below guide.
R510 LED lights
Also please try to reset the Switch again as mentioned below.
1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.
2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick

IF RESET IS NOT WORKING, PLEASE TRY TO RESET YOUR SWITCH MULTIPLE TIMES AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
