Apologies for the inconvenience. As per our part of the process, we must go through all the steps of troubleshooting and get all the details to resolve the issue.

Please help us with the details posted in the last post and use the link to upload a VIDEO by following the process of getting an error and showing all cable connections to the Switch.

We cannot see both the cables connected to the laptop, since it is very dark in the video. We request you share us a Clear Video which shows all the cables clearly and using Putty or Moba once again.

As mentioned in our previous post, we request you share with us a Clear Video which shows all the PHYSICAL CABLES set up with Switch and Laptop clearly visible and using Putty or Moba in a SINGLE VIDEO.
