I have tried resetting my switch several times as other posts have suggested and all I have gotten were flashing amber lights every time. There is still no power too my AP on my ceiling either. 

this issue came after a power outage. I’m not a very tech savvy person and I’m very frustrated that there is no actual support I can call too walk me through fixing this issue besides this forum.

No I am still having issues. I have followed all the steps listed in resetting as well as linking a computer too access the PuTTY. It still is not working the message I got at the end of all the PuTTY was this:

ERROR: can’t get kernel image. 

I still have the green power light and the amber system light as well as no lights on the AP. I’m very frustrated with this

Yes I have had to hire a technician too come out and fix this issue. I am very unsatisfied with ruckus’s support team through Lennar. People like me who are not very tech savvy need more than just a blog or forum sheet for help. I spent over four hours downloading programs and reading over several forums just to find out where to download the programs from. That still did not fix the issue so now I’m having to pay a company to fix this problem when an actual online support technician could probably do it. I will no longer reach out to this page for any type of help.

RUCKUS does not have any support team of technicians to support on-site for Lennar Homes.

However, please do not worry. Please share the pictures of the cable connections of between the Switch and the laptop.
