My icx7150 switch has worked great today I noticed devices suddenly stopped working. I checked my switch and noticed the status lights were off. I unplugged and plugged back in, the status lights flashed for less than a second but nothing happens after that. I have tried multiple power sources and still won't get the switch to power on.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up even after connecting it to working power outlet, and when plugged in, all lights are off. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
