Switch and AP NOT WORKING

The switch and access point were working completely fine, then both ap went completely down. This is the second time that this happen, lasti time I disconneted the power cable and connected again and everything started to work fine, this time i did this process over 5 times with no luck, the ap got no power and it looks like the switch its stock trying to boot, it got 2 lights on (syst and power) and when  I tried to reset nothing happen.

I tried to do some tutorials that i was able to find here but nothing its working....

Hi @Richards15 

 

Based on your description, it seems that your switch has one green and one yellow light, which means that the switch is stuck in boot mode.

 

 

If the resetting process doesn't work, we need to perform a software recovery.

I've been trying to do all this tutorials, but still the switch seems to be stuck trying to boot... nothing works
