I sent an email to Ruckus about how the installed hardware is acting like a router. I call and the rep sends me an email on how to respond in the chat feature. I open a case to have something mailed to me but the request was halted based on them requesting the link of the conversation in the chat feature. Well, there is no link generated from the chat feature. How am I to get a switch replacement being a Lennar homeonwner?
