out of date firmware - r510

I can no longer access the ruckus unleashed app and says "you are not connected to unleashed network. Go to settings". I was able to log into ruckus via my PC to see that my firmware is out of date from 2017. Please tell me which firmware to download as there are 12 different firmware options. Do I need to download each one individually or can I leapfrog to directly My current firmware version:

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to log into the Unleashed application on your smartphone.

As you mentioned that, your Unleashed Access Points are on an old version This is the reason you are unable to log into your Unleashed Application from your smartphone.

We suggest you upgrade your ALL RUCKUS R510 Access Points to version which is recently released.

Please refer to the below videos for the Upgrade process:

Please refer to the below video showing the process of Local Upgrade. (If online Upgrade does not work)

Please refer to the below screenshot and link to download the file for Local Upgrade.[Software%20Downloads]

Once you upgrade your ALL Access Points, please uninstall the Unleashed application and install the updated one. And try to log in.

My current firmware version: The newest version it's offering me is Please advise on what I should since the firmware version that you suggested is not available for me to select.

If online option doesn't suggest you, please go with the Local upgrade process with version as mentioned in my previous post clearly.

Ok - so what will happen if only do the online update Will I be able to access the app? Also, you mentioned to uninstall the current app an download the updated one, but I only see 1 app available "Ruckus Unleashed" which I currently have. Please advise.
