My Sonos Playbar is operating on 2.4 GHz no longer connects to my Rukus ICX7150, Serial number ***********.

I can log into the Unleashed site. What are you looking for there? I don't understand what the IP address is doing for me and how that helps.

Could you please confirm whether your Unleashed system has been successfully upgraded to the recommended version, as you were attempting earlier?
Please note that you can log into the Unleashed system using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ If link doesn't work during such times IP address of the Unleashed will help to login.
You can verify the Unleashed IP address and firmware version, as highlighted in the screenshot below:

Please select the Access Point listed on the left (labeled “1”), and you should then be able to view its details. Kindly refer to the screenshot below for guidance.

Yes, I still can't access my SONOS Playbar that connects to 2.4 GHz. My other two speakers that connect to 5 GHz are fine.
