My Unleashed app is not recognizing my internet. I am following the steps to fix this. I have verified the IP Address. I am at the point to get the Switch’s Login Dashboard. But, I cannot login to get the dashboard. How do I do that? My Ruckus signin isn’t working. Thanks for any help.

Hi Pinky.
Thank you for following up. I was not able to log in. But, hope to get this figured out. I haven't signed in to Ruckus in about 3 years. I do not know what I should do at this point or what user-name and password I should be using to get signed in. Nothing I try works. I guess I am not sure what my Unleashed System is to log into. (All I have used is my iPhone App.) I did go to the unleashed.ruckuswireless website you gave me, but could not log in.
Again, I got to the point where I got: "ICX 7150-C12" and it asked me to then log in. I am on my laptop and using my home wifi. Thanks for any help. MarkG
