Second home owner, zero admin credentials left behind

Still broadcasting old network name and all smart devices are connected to it.  How do I get into the switch?

For guidance on setting up your system, please refer to the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article linked below. The article includes detailed instructions for the setup process.

Once you have completed the setup as described, kindly perform a factory reset on the Access Points, as outlined in the same guide.

We have a similar issue and would like to know how to schedule an appointment with someone to visit our home to set the system up and ensure that all is working properly.
