Hello @Lazarus ,

Thank you for the response.

I understand that you tried all of the default password combinations; however, it didn’t work.

I would request you to please login to CLI of the Switch using the Telnet option.

We do not need any login credentials to access CLI using the Telnet option.

FIGURE 3 Accessing CLI using the Telnet option

If you can access the Command line should look like this:

ICX7150-C12 Router> OR

ICX7150-C12 Switch>

Once you are able to access the CLI of the switch, please enter the commands in the previous post and share the screenshot.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

It seems like your forum is no help to non technical customer. I would consider to switch to other home internet equipment who have live customer service over the phone.

Further you are going in, its more frustrating and above my understanding.

Hello @Lazarus ,

Thank you for the response.

Please do not worry. Please follow the steps as mentioned in the article and let us know if you are getting stuck at any point.

As you have the IP address of the Switch, we will proceed to access remotely to the Switch device “Command Line” which is CLI of the Switch

We do not need any login credentials to access CLI using the Telnet option. If Telnet is enabled on the Switch it can be accessed directly using an IP Address of the Switch.

If you can access the Command line should look like this:

ICX7150-C12 Router> OR

ICX7150-C12 Switch>

Once you login to CLI, please enter the below commands and share the output.

Note: Hit Enter to accept each command

enable

show version

show flash

show inline power

show inline power detail

show interface brief

Please share the output of the above commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
