I am struggling to log into the Ruckus app. I have used it previously and have never had issues logging in, but now when I try to log in it states I am not connected to a Ruckus network even though I am. Is it not compatible with the new IOS update? I was hoping to update the software since my WiFi speed has drastically decreased. Very upsetting that talking to someone via email or phone is no longer an option.
