Ruckus system not working

  • My ruckus system is not working.  My job is being affected by this because I work from home and can NOT get paid if I can’t do my job!!

there are no lights showing on the unit located on the ceiling.  I tried to reboot the unit in the laundry room but nothing re-powered  the system

please help

Greetings of the day,

 

Please let us know the below details for further troubleshooting steps.

 

1. Try to connect the computer to the ISP router with the ethernet cable and run the speed test. Confirm if your speed is stable and search for websites,  make sure you have no issues.

2.  On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?

3- Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source

4- Are the Access Points R510 powering up? 

5- If yes please let us know the LED status of the access points using the below guide.

6- Please make sure whether you are having any connectivity issues like webpage not loading or slow connectivity.

Cable company came out and reset the Internet
