Ruckus switch not turning on for Lennar home

Hi,

Today I realized that my wifi has turned off and the Ethernet ports no longer work.

Checking the switch, I saw that the lights no longer turn on. I've tried switching the power cord to no avail. I've also tried to do a reset, holding the reset while plugging in the switch and that doesn't work either. I'm not sure what to do at this point since there seems to be no status lights at all.

The access points also do not have any lights.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering on. You confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
