We had power outage, now the Rukus modem will not start or reboot. I unplugged for 30 seconds and plugged it in, the lights all flashed green then immediately turned off again. Do I need to replace the modem? Trying to reset via the pin hole does nothing because it is not powered on

We have 2 R510 access points . All lights on the router/modem briefly flash yellow then turn off immediately when trying to reboot by unplugging and then plugging the power cord back in. The access point lights are off as well.
