Hi,
Today I realized that my wifi has turned off and the Ethernet ports no longer work.
Checking the switch, I saw that the lights no longer turn on. I've tried switching the power cord to no avail. I've also tried to do a reset, holding the reset while plugging in the switch and that doesn't work either. I'm not sure what to do at this point since there seems to be no status lights at all.
The access points also do not have any lights.

2. Capture both pictures and a video of the switch, focusing on the following:
- The status of the lights on the switch.
- The cord connected to the switch.
- The switch plugged into a working power outlet.
