Hello. My internet has stopped working. I have no power lights on both of my wireless output devices, but have internet per internet provider. As I checked that there is power to devices, the ruckus ICX 7150 switch device has no power and will not turn on even though it’s plugged in to a surge protector that has power. Everything else plugged in the surge protector has power. There are no lights coming from ICX switch and no lights coming from my to wireless output devices. Please help. I’m thinking the device died as I tried unplugging for 1 min and re plugging. Thanks

Thank you for the details provided, In order to approve the RMA, please provide a picture of the switch plugged in and not powering up.

Ok. I have tried via my iphone. unsuccessful. I've tried dragging photos and clicking the photo button, but cant seem to add a photo. do you have an email I can send to? Or another way? Thanks
