Ruckus switch losing connection to AP’s

We have been in our home for over 3 years. Recent power outage caused loss of Wi-Fi. Reset ruckus and regain connection for a few hours then loss of Wi-Fi and connection to AP’s. This has been going on for almost a week.

We cannot replace the chassis until you confirm that the hardware is damaged.

Please provide an image/photo where you are trying to connect via console from ICX 7150 - C12 P (USB type C to  USB ) to PC. Before uploading the photos please login to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image

Dear Jayavidhya,

I am not technological enough to do this. Since the Ruckus comes with a lifetime warranty can I get this one replaced?
