How do I get someone out to my house to get my Ruckus Unleashed back online. There was a power outage and it took it off and I can’t get it restored. I’m not technical so don’t send me a bunch of articles to try to fix it myself. I’ve tried!

On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?
Please let us know how many access points are connected to the switch?
Are the Access Points R510 powering up?
Please let us know the LED status of the access points using the below guide.
