Ruckus not working

Our power went out at our home and our devices did not come back on. The internet is working but the power lights on our devices in the ceiling are not on and I don’t know how to get them on.

To the first thing you posted none of the lights are on. 

the second thing you posted on the hub in our closet it is just the system light and power light that are on.

On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?
