Hello @twalker41011 ,
Greetings!
Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
I hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that your Ruckus setup is not working after the power outage.
Please unplug the ethernet cable of the Switch that comes from the ISP (Internet Service Provider’s) Router and plug it back into any other available 1-in-12 ports as highlighted in the below screenshot. Once done, please reboot (unplug and plug from the power outlet)your ISP Router once and once it comes up, check the internet connection stability via RUCKUS.
Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,

Greetings Pinky
Yes that worked. The internet is currently up and running; however, the upstairs Access point that is in the ceiling is still RED on the Power indicator light. The Downstairs Access Point that is near for computer area is running smoothly. I have tried rebooting the Ruckus switch multiple times and the internet comes up and the downstairs Access Point continues to work fine. Only the Access Point upstairs remain in the RED.

Hello @twalker41011 ,
Thank you for the response.
Could you please unplug the Access point ( the one having red lights) cable from the port which is connected to the Switch (please refer to the below figure) and connect it back to any other 12 ports in the Switch and kindly check if the Ap is turning on?
Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
