Ruckus not working since I switched internet carriers

I recently switched carriers to Cox and neither of my ruckus extenders are working now. Only getting a red light. Need help resetting so they work, please

It started to power up and the light turned green. And the 2.4 and 5 started to light up, then it turned red again on the power and all other lights are off

Thank you for the response and the update.

As per the light status of the APs, they seem to be in a normal state.

Please confirm if your APs are working now.
