Have orange lights on 5g and 2.4 on extender and need to reset

I recently switched carriers to Cox and neither of my ruckus extenders are working now. Only getting a red light. Need help resetting so they work, please

I just unplugged my router and plugged it back in, looks like 5g is green now, but 2.4 still amber/orange

Now it seems to be working.
