Ruckus not working after power outage

@Imran_ruckus can you please help with this one? 

I tried to reset and the amber lights are flashing and not able to force reset too.

Hi I tried to reset it multiple times and it is never reset . I need this please help me if you can. I'm working remote and cannot continue testing this one for the last 2 days. 

I tried 15-20 times for the reset. It does not work anymore. Any help?
