Bought a resale Lennar home, apparently the prior owner removed Ruckus, I was told it should be under warranty, is it possible to get a new unit, my WiFi is awful.

For detailed understanding of the issue please share the below details of the issue.
1. Are the switch and the Access points getting power?
2:If the Access Points are getting power, can you connect to the SSID/Wi-Fi ID?
3:Is the SSID/Wi-Fi ID from the Access Point is slow, but the AT&T work fine?
- Please let us know the LED status of the switch and the access points using the below guide.

The actual unit has been removed, asking how to get a replacement.

Thanks for your information. We cannot replace the chassis until the hardware is damaged.
Please confirm whether you have any RUCKUS devices in your home or not.
