I'm trying to update my R510s, but the option to do a local upgrade is disabled in the admin panel. How do I resolve this?

Based on your feedback, using the Mozilla Firefox browser should work, as it has been tested successfully in our lab. Could you please attempt to access the system once more using Firefox?
Additionally, please try accessing the system in 'Incognito' mode within the same browser to see if that resolves the issue.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, could you please provide me with the current version of your RUCKUS Unleashed system?
