Ruckus unit on ceiling has no lights on. Ruckus unit in wall cabinet has a green and orange light on. I have unplugged power source and switched Ethernet cables to other ports and still lights on the ceiling unit.

Apologies, effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email or remote session. We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model only.

We need laptop for executing these steps.
However, if you continue to have difficulty following the steps, we recommend that you seek outside help or a technician.
RUCKUS does not have any support team of technicians to support on-site for Lennar Homes.

Who do I contact as an “outside” solution? Who deals with Ruckus? Who would you recommend I call? Isn’t this covered under warranty? I can’t believe I can’t get any over the phone help!

Please be advised that, in accordance with company policy, warranty coverage is limited to hardware-related issues only and does not extend to software-related problems. As the issue with your Switch can be resolved through software recovery, we recommend attempting this solution and let us know how it goes. We cannot replace the Switch without trying these steps.
Additionally, please note that RUCKUS does not have an on-site technician support team for Lennar Homes.
