Hello all. I was just directed to this web site for a Ruckus indoor AP problem. I noticed that this is a community discussion/message site. Does that mean that there is no tech support for such product issues now? All we can do, as customers, is just to come to this site, post our questions and problems, and then wait for other customers to respond?
How eles could I get some direct and professional support, please?
