I've had to work with support multiple times on this issue. Every time there is a power outage, I lose activity on all the switch ports. Only the power and syst LEDs are lit. Power is green and syst is amber. I was told that I received one of the older switches when we got the house. Is there any way I can replace my current switch with one that doesn't do this every time there is an outage?

Hi @ahortman93
Basically, due the power outage the switch went to a state that we called (boot-mode) that is not able to boot up properly.
That does not mean is broken or need to be replace 'in some cases'
1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnected.
2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick

If that does not make any difference, we need to perform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash is corrupted so in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and need re-install the image to boot up properly.
3-We need to access (physical) using one of the cables to the ICX-7150C12P mentioned on the below guide:
How to console in the ICX-7150-12cp
Once we are there, we can try to boot up the unit using the following commands:
Boot_primary or Boot_secondary
If that step does not work Software recovery needs to be applied
Here is the guide:

Thank you for the quick response. We have outages frequently in my area, so I've had to do this multiple times. I don't want to have to do this every time there is an outage. One of the technicians I worked with mentioned that there is a newer model switch that doesn't have the problem of going into boot mode. Can I replace my current switch?

Hi @ahortman93
There are no new models for ICX-7150-C12P.
Also, as mentioned, that doesn't mean the switch is bad.
Without proper troubleshooting, we cannot replace your switch.

I don't want another ICX-7150-C12P switch. I want a switch that doesn't require extensive troubleshooting every time there's a power outage. I did what was asked above and it did not work. I'm still without internet.
