recently we have switched to fiber internet
after we connect Ruckus directly to the ONT, the internet goes on and off all the time.
is there any setting change that is needed for direct connection to ONT?

As per the case description, I understand that you have recently switched to Fiber Internet and you are facing intermittent connectivity issues.
.Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?
1. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on. (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)

Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports.
Before uploading the photos please log in to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.


Please let us know the answers to ALL the above queries or let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

Could you please confirm if you have connected the new modem to one of the 12 ports of the Switch?

1) the on and off situation is only when I connect the ICX switch directly to the fiber wireless ONT
2) when I added an old modem the internet works fine and stable, can i confirm that the modem is connected to one of the 12 ports on the ICX switch
3) the question is what shall i do to fix the on and off issue that is specifically when connect the ICX switch directly toward the fib internet ONT

Sorry in 2) I meant I confirm.
I mean it is fine if the ICX switch is not gonna work directly connecting to ONT, but just check with you folks and see if there is some trick.
