recently we have switched to fiber internet
after we connect Ruckus directly to the ONT, the internet goes on and off all the time.
is there any setting change that is needed for direct connection to ONT?

Hello @Chh ,
Thank you for the response.
The modem/router should be connected to one of the 12 ports of the Switch.
Could you please share the picture of the connection ports on the Switch, also showing the light status for us to assist you further?
