Ruckus device on Ceiling stuck on far right button-blinking green

The PWR and CTL are blinking green but not progressing. Green light on back of device is on and constant.

Thank you for the response and the update.

Please note, that the “connection not secure” dialogue is normal behavior when you access the RUCKUS Unleashed website.

You could just click on proceed as highlighted in the below screenshot.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

I do not have that option on my Google Chrome Browser. That is why I tried to use an Incognito Tab to access the site. 

That is why I tried to access it via the APP. But It would not let me progress from the START button on the APP. Even though I had the wireless signal connected to the "Configure Me" wifi, it was stating I was NOT connected.

Tried again, for the 3rd time. It is still doing the same thing. PWR and CTR button are blinking green. I can not access the unleashed.ruckuswireless.com site, and when I am on the app It does not let me move forward. I am getting a "You must be connected......" message even though I AM CONNECTED.
