Ruckus device on Ceiling stuck on far right button-blinking green

The PWR and CTL are blinking green but not progressing. Green light on back of device is on and constant.

I just did a hard reset on the device and it is still doing the same thing. On the app. I now have the "configureme....
 wifi but it does not connect to the wifi and I can't move forward on the app even though technically I am connected to the 'configureme" wifi. 

 

When you're on the configureme SSID, open your web browser and go to unleashed.ruckuswireless.com. That should allow you to log in.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issues you are experiencing with your RUCKUS setup.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with the RUCKUS Access Point.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

Please disconnect the Access Points from their current switch ports and reconnect them to any of the available ports (1-12) (refer to the below screenshot) on the switch. After doing so, verify whether your RUCKUS Wi-Fi network reappears and if you can connect to the Internet successfully.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend following the video tutorial below for configuration steps after connecting to the Configure.me-xxxxxx Wi-Fi network/SSID:

Hello,
That did not work and I was not able to get into the site, using configure me. I kept getting an error message that the site was not safe and I could not override it. I tried to access it in a Congnito Tab and that would not work. 
The message was stating it was invalid and could not be found. 
 
I then tried my phone as the "configure me.." wifi came up, and while I had the wifi signal on stating I was connected to the "configure me" wifi, when I clicked START on my app, it would state that I needed to be connected, so I was stuck in a loop.
Currently the only buttons on the device that are on is the PWR button is blinking and the CTL button is blinking. It's been that way for hours. I even did a hard reset on the device on the ceiling. 
 
We do have WIFI in the house working so I am not sure why this is happening.
