The PWR and CTL are blinking green but not progressing. Green light on back of device is on and constant.

What is the purpose of the Ruckus? What happens if I remove it and chuck it in the trash. Ruckus support is no help and this would probably be a lot simplier if there was someone to actually talk on the phone with.

Apologies for the inconvenience.
However, the issue you have is more on your ISP Router configurations and NOT RUCKUS devices. Please check with your ISP once.
Effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email or remote session. We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model only.
This forum is on best best-effort support basis.
However, if you continue to have difficulty following the steps, we recommend that you seek outside help or a technician.
RUCKUS does not have any support team of technicians to support on-site for Lennar Homes.
Please let me know once you disable the ISP Router's IP Passthrough option to help you further. We are happy to help you.
