Ruckus appears to be disconnecting and rebooting every 15 to 30 mins

Ruckus switch ICX 7150 is resetting and or rebooting every 15 to 20 mins. Contacted spectrum and they informed me I needed to contact you. I have reset router and modem, had them update everything and still have the same issue. I need a replacement if possible or someone to look into this.

I'm experiencing the same thing. It keeps rebooting at least once an hour and even multiple times an hour. I work from home so this is a critical issue for me.
