The app won’t let me log in. Claims I’m not connected to an Unleashed network. I am and can log in via a browser just fine. But that has limited functionality compared to the app. Help please.

Thanks for the detailed information,
For further troubleshooting steps please try to login to the unleashed system on the web browser using the AP IP address and check the version of the AP using the below screenshot.
