I live in a Lennar home, and we recently switched our Internet to onward fiber. Since switching, I am having issues with the ruckus a P extenders. It seems that it doesn’t like to play well with the new router. Any suggestions?

Also I’ve checked all the ports and cable connections, they all seem to be in good condition to me.

A simple way to check this is to connect a computer directly to the ICX 7150 switch and perform a speed test to see if the problem originates in the switch or only when you are connected to the access points wirelessly.
