I have a Ruckus Switch ICX7150 with 3 AP. Today my internet randomly went down. I reset both the switch and the modem. The wifi from the modem is connected to the interet, but the wifi from the switch is not. All AP's have green lights. Please advise.

1:Are you able to open the websites, but it's too slow, or cannot connect at all?
2:If you connect your computer directly to the ICX7150 Switch, do you have an internet connection?
3:If you connect your computer directly to the ISP router, do you have an internet connection?
If this is the case, please contact your ISP.
4:Are you able to logging to your Unleashes dashboard(unleashed.ruckuswireless.com), if you can, please search for Switch >general information>provide a screenshot.
