I have tried everything here and am unable to get this switch to reboot. I also cannot download files to my computer and access the switch remotely.
This is my first time on this forum. My Ruckus has been down for several months and my home is no longer ‘smart’. My neighbor had the same problem and was able to get a new device. My two ceiling mounted devices are showing no lights but the main panel shows the power is green. The other light is amber. What are my options to get this system fixed or replaced? Thanks, Rickl
