Ruckus Switch is no longer working.

I have purchased a Lennar home, with Ruckus equipment. I have had SST which is the installation company Lennar uses out to check the system. The SST tech informed me that the Ruckus switch is the problem and I will need a new Ruckus switch. I have sent a request to customer support, I was just informed that this needed to be checked by a Ruckus engineer.  How do I get this done. Thank you

I am not showing the switch as being connected (first-retrieving) ststus

Hi @wlobbjr

Please share the status of the flash and the logs, because we can just replace the Switch for hardware problems.

Where should I send the logs to? And I do not see how to show the flash

Hi @wlobbjr

Let me add the options to share the logs and flash information from CLI or web GUI, and just paste the information here in this post.

From WEB GUI access:

Check what you have in the flash:

click on Monitor on the left > Flash > Flash Information

Check from which partition are you booting:

click on Monitor on the left >device

Check system logs:

Hit monitor>system log

Now if you are from CLI access, run the next commands

show version

show flash

show poe

show logs

Best regards,
